The showroom have been created in 1992
In 1998 we started
developing an DAINESE INTERNET SHOWROOM which gradually developed
into a DAINESE ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITE
Shopping clothes on internet, and specifically sports clothes, is
very difficult.
That is the reason why we do not use a classic basket system. We
want as much as possible to to help and to sustain our customers.
With a classic basket system, the goods are shipped after the
customer orders online, with all the risks for the customer. This we
try to avoid as much as possible.
When you order goods through our website, we never will ship the
goods before we exchanged a few mails and before we have the
certainty about your choice and your sizing. This is of course a
more time-consuming procedure but safer for our customers.
Crediting your credit card will only happen once we ship the
goods.
